relaxing with the balcony facing the gardens
with mature olives and palm trees.

The exterior of the building has been repainted and is in perfect condition.
Set in a small cul de sac with neighbouring
apartments we are tucked away from the
hustle and bustle of Cannes center but only
10 mins walk to the rue d`Antibes and a few
more steps to the festival hall and Croisette
with the beaches and high life. We find a lot
of people park on the neighbouring roads to
come and watch the fireworks on display
at Cannes beach. We can see much of them
from our balcony but its only a short walk into the center if we want to see them on the front.
The heating is individual with reversible
air conditioning units..a must in the summer.
Being in the middle of the building we find
we are well insulated by our neighbours but
the units heat as well if you need it.
Water is collective and included in the
charges.
